We are a family run business that was established in 2000, but our history is so much more than that. The founder of the company, Ged Dooley, has been roofing for over 40 years and learnt his skills from both his father and uncle. His experience and knowledge in all areas of the roofing business, domestic, commercial and industrial are second to none.
Many traditional skills are still vital to ensuring a competent job and whilst technology in the roofing industry is moving forward, we are happily embracing it, established skills are still required on a day to day basis. We are delighted that the next generation, our son Liam Dooley, joined the business in 2017 and has completed his NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 roofing qualifications. All our employee roofers are NVQ qualified and our apprentices are currently working towards this qualification.
We offer competitive pricing, sourcing our materials from local suppliers, ensuring that you are receiving good quality materials at an affordable price. We understand how important it is for customers to be reassured that works carried out on their properties will be to a competent and high standard and we endeavour to provide a flawless service every time, no matter how small the job. We ensure that every job is tailored to the individual clients needs and we pride ourselves on ensuring that all areas of work are left in a clean and tidy manner on a daily basis. All our employees are competent and trustworthy, however, all works are carried out under the direct guidance of Ged Dooley to ensure that our high standard of workmanship is achieved on every job.
We have long standing contracts with a number of businesses, both local and throughout the North West, looking after all their roofing requirements from regular maintenance to re-covering factory roofs and we are a registered installer, accredited by HD Sharman in Chapel En Le Frith, of Rubberised PlyGene Gutterliner.

Safety First
Health and Safety is an important feature of any business and The Roofing Co (NW) Ltd ensures that all our policies are up to date and regular training is undertaken by our employees to ensure their safety and that we are meeting necessary guidelines. All our members of staff are First Aid trained, CSCS card holders and IPAF qualified and we have an ongoing programme of training to guarantee that all employees meet our meticulous safety expectations.
